Shipping Policy – VYVA

1. Global Supplier Network

VYVA works with suppliers and distribution centers located worldwide. This allows us to dispatch products from the nearest available stock to each customer, minimizing delivery times whenever possible.

2. Order Processing

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Based on stock location and destination country, the estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

  • Stock located within customer's country/region: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Stock located in nearby region/international: 7 to 15 business days.

  • Stock located in remote region/international standard shipping: 15 to 30 business days, possibly longer in case of customs, weather or logistic issues.

4. Tracking Number

You will receive a tracking number within 2–5 business days after shipment. Tracking updates may take a few days to begin.

5. Potential Delays

Certain factors may extend delivery times including:

  • Customs inspections or import clearance.

  • High‑volume demand periods (e.g., holidays).

  • Weather or logistic disruptions.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, VYVA is not liable for resulting delays or returns. If the parcel is returned to sender, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Split Shipments

If items in one order are located in different warehouses, they may be shipped separately with individual tracking codes. This is done to speed up delivery.
