1. Defective or Damaged Products
VYVA ensures the quality of all products shipped.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what was advertised, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Photos or video clearly showing the issue
After verification, you may choose between:

A free replacement, or
-
A full refund
2. Order Not Received
VYVA offers a refund or replacement in the following cases:

The order exceeds the estimated delivery time

Tracking shows no updates for an extended period

The order is confirmed as lost by the carrier
Orders with incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
3. Return for Change of Mind
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, as long as:

The product is unused

In its original packaging

Free from any signs of damage or alteration
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
4. Incorrect Size Orders
If you receive a different size than the one ordered:

You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
If the incorrect size was chosen by the customer:

We offer a special discount for a replacement, but not a full refund.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
If the order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Refund Timeframe
